The AI workforce for medical practices

Agents that do the work. Humans who own the outcome.

Thirteen specialised agents are being built to handle calls, scheduling, documentation, prior auth, denials, posting and credentialing inside the EMR you already use. Every action is logged, reviewable and reversible — and when confidence drops, a certified human picks it up.

HIPAA-aligned, BAA before any data moves Human review on every exception Works with any EMR — no APIs required

Human review SLA

Anything below threshold lands in a staffed queue

0

PHI used for training

Contractual, in writing, with every model provider

How it runs

One workflow, five accountable steps.

Work arrives

A call, text, fax, referral, portal message or claim response lands in the practice.

The right agent picks it up

Routing is by channel and intent, not by keyword. The agent reads context before it acts.

It acts inside your systems

Books in the EMR, files the document, submits the claim, posts the payment — through the integration layer.

Everything is logged

Inputs, decision, action, confidence and version are written to the evidence layer.

Humans own the exceptions

Below-threshold work goes to a review queue with a two-hour SLA during business hours.

The agent catalogue

Thirteen agents across five functions.

Each agent has one job, its own guardrails and its own accuracy reporting. Deploy one, or deploy the workforce.

Communication

Every inbound channel answered, routed and closed — with a transcript a human can pick up.

01 In development

AI Phone Agent

Answers every call on your existing number, day or night. Books and moves appointments in your EMR, captures refill requests, answers routine questions from your own practice information, and leaves staff a transcript plus a task.

  • 24/7 answering on the number patients already call
  • Books, reschedules and cancels directly in your EMR
  • Transcript, intent and task attached to the patient record

02 In development

AI Web Chat Agent

Turns website visitors into booked appointments. Answers questions from your own practice information, checks provider availability, and hands the visitor a real appointment instead of a contact form.

  • Books appointments from your website, 24/7
  • Answers questions from your content, not the open web
  • Escalates to staff with the full conversation attached
Explore Web Agent
03 In development

AI SMS Agent

Two-way text that confirms, reminds and refills the schedule. Handles replies like 'can I move it to Thursday', keeps a TCPA-compliant opt-out record, and fills cancellations from your recall list.

  • Confirms and reschedules by text, automatically
  • Fills cancellations from your waitlist in minutes
  • TCPA-compliant consent, opt-out and quiet hours
Explore SMS Agent
04 In development

AI Email Agent

Triages the practice inbox: sorts patient questions, payer notices, vendor noise and referrals, drafts replies for staff approval, and files what belongs in the chart.

  • Inbox triaged by intent, not by sender
  • Drafts replies for one-click staff approval
  • Referrals and payer notices routed to the right queue
Explore Email Agent
05 In development

AI Document & Referral Agent

Reads inbound faxes, scans, portal messages and referrals, identifies the document type, matches the patient, files it in the right chart and turns orders into tasks.

  • Faxes and referrals classified and filed to the chart
  • Patient matched by name, DOB and MRN — with exceptions queued
  • Orders, labs and abnormal findings routed to a clinician
Explore Document Agent

Clinical documentation

From conversation to a signed, coded, filed note without the provider typing.

06 In development

AI Scribe

Listens to the visit and drafts the note in your format — SOAP, APSO or your own template — with suggested codes, orders and follow-up. The provider reviews, edits and signs.

  • Ambient capture in the room or on telehealth
  • Drafted in your template, in your voice
  • Provider reviews and signs — the note is never auto-filed
Explore AI Scribe
07 In development

AI Coding & Charge Agent

Turns the signed note into codes and charges, checks them against payer rules and your fee schedule, and queues anything ambiguous for a certified human coder.

  • ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS suggested from the signed note
  • Payer-specific edits applied before the claim is built
  • Certified coder reviews before release — always
Explore Coding Agent

Patient experience

Intake, eligibility and recall handled before the patient is in the room.

08 In development

AI Intake & Eligibility Agent

Collects history, consents and insurance before the visit, verifies eligibility and benefits in real time, and writes clean structured data into the right EMR fields.

  • Digital intake completed before the patient arrives
  • Eligibility, deductible and co-insurance verified in real time
  • Clean structured data written back — no retyping

AI Recall & Care Gap Agent

Works your recall list and quality gaps continuously: overdue screenings, missed follow-ups, annual visits and chronic care check-ins — outbound, in your voice, with the appointment booked.

  • Overdue recalls and quality gaps worked continuously
  • Outbound outreach that ends in a booked visit
  • Closes HEDIS and MIPS gaps with the documentation to prove it
Explore Care Gap Agent

Revenue cycle

Prior auth, denials, appeals and posting worked continuously instead of in batches.

10 In development

AI Prior Authorization Agent

Checks whether a service needs authorization, assembles the clinical packet, files it, and tracks every request to a decision — with the deadlines that matter.

  • Requirement checked before the service is scheduled
  • Clinical packet assembled from the chart automatically
  • Every request tracked to a decision, with deadlines enforced
Explore Prior Auth Agent
11 In development

AI Denials & Appeals Agent

Works deny-rail and clearinghouse rejections continuously: categorises each denial, drafts the appeal with clinical support attached, and escalates the patterns that keep recurring.

  • Every denial categorised, owned and worked to resolution
  • Appeals drafted with the clinical documentation attached
  • Root-cause patterns fed back to coding and the front desk
Explore Denials Agent
12 In development

AI Payment Posting Agent

Reads ERAs and EOBs, matches payments to claims, posts insurance and patient amounts, verifies contractual adjustments, and reconciles every posting against the bank deposit.

  • ERA and EOB posting with line-level matching
  • Contractual adjustments verified, underpayments flagged
  • Daily reconciliation to bank deposits with exceptions queued

Back office & compliance

Credentialing and expirables tracked to the day, with an audit trail.

AI Credentialing Agent

Keeps every provider's credentials, CAQH profile, payer enrolment and expirables current — prefilling applications, chasing payers and escalating before anything lapses.

  • Applications prefilled from a single source-of-truth profile
  • Payer follow-up on a fixed cadence with escalation paths
  • Expirables tracked with 120/90/60/30-day escalation

Why this is different

Agents, with a back office behind them.

Plenty of products will answer a phone. Ours hand the hard parts to certified people and prove what they did.

Agents with a real back office behind them

Escalations do not land in a ticket queue. They land with the certified coders, billers, credentialing specialists and auditors we already staff for your practice. The agent is the front door; the humans are the safety net.

Human-in-the-loop, set by you

Choose per action whether the agent commits or queues for approval. Start with everything queued, watch the accuracy numbers, then widen autonomy workflow by workflow. Nothing goes straight to production unreviewed unless you say so.

Explainable by construction

Every decision carries its inputs: the transcript segment, the chart field, the payer rule, the fee schedule line. Export the full audit trail as CSV or JSON whenever you want, including after you leave us.

Works with any EMR — no APIs required

FHIR and HL7 where the vendor supports it, secure browser automation and structured document intake where they do not. You keep your system, your tax ID and your contracts. We do not sell or resell software.

Accuracy you can audit

We sample agent output every month and score it against the same standards our audit team applies to human coders and billers. Accuracy by workflow, by agent, by provider — reported, with the misses shown.

No lock-in, no per-seat maths

Agent configuration, prompts, routing rules and logs are yours and exportable in a standard format. Pricing is per agent or per provider. If you leave, you leave with the configuration.

Three real workflows

What it looks like on a Tuesday.

Patient access

A new patient calls at 7:40pm

  1. The Phone Agent answers, verifies the caller, and checks your scheduling rules.
  2. It offers two real slots with the right provider and the right visit length.
  3. Intake and eligibility are sent to the patient's phone immediately.
  4. The Intake Agent verifies coverage and writes structured history to the chart.
  5. Front desk arrives to a completed chart, a confirmed appointment and no voicemail queue.

Documentation

A fax arrives with an outside record

  1. The Document Agent classifies it as a cardiology consult note.
  2. The patient is matched on name, date of birth and MRN with a confidence score.
  3. Key findings are extracted and abnormal values are flagged.
  4. It is filed to the chart and the ordering provider gets a task.
  5. Nothing sat in a tray, and the match is fully traceable.

Revenue cycle

A claim comes back denied

  1. The Denials Agent categorises it as medical necessity with missing documentation.
  2. It assembles the clinical support and drafts the appeal.
  3. A human reviews and signs — always.
  4. The appeal is filed with the payer's own policy cited.
  5. The root cause is reported monthly so the upstream fix actually happens.

Platform

Five layers, one audit trail.

Channel layer

Phone, SMS, web chat, email, fax, portal and in-room capture — every way a patient or payer reaches you, normalised into one work queue.

Agent layer

Thirteen specialised agents, each with its own scope, tools, confidence thresholds and escalation rules. No single agent holds the whole practice.

Integration layer

FHIR, HL7 v2, secure RPA and document intelligence connect agents to your EMR, PM, clearinghouse, lab and payer portals.

Review layer

A human work queue with SLAs, staffed by our certified team or yours. Approvals, corrections and overrides all feed back as training signal.

Evidence layer

Immutable audit log, reasoning trace, model and prompt version, reviewer identity and outcome — exportable on demand.

Governance

Six things our agents are never allowed to do.

Autonomy is granted per workflow, measured, and revocable. These six rules are not configurable — they are architecture.

  • No agent ever diagnoses, triages, prescribes, or interprets a result.
  • No note, charge or claim is released without a human signature or a certified reviewer.
  • No PHI leaves the United States, and none of it trains a shared model.
  • No write-off, refund, disclosure or records release happens without human approval.
  • No password is shared, reused or stored in plain text — including payer portals.
  • No configuration change reaches production without a version, a test and a rollback path.

The 30-day pilot

The 30-day agent pilot

One workflow, one measured baseline, one written report. We deploy a single agent with everything queued for human approval, measure it against your own numbers, and tell you whether the maths works — including when it does not.

  • One agent on one workflow, configured to your rules
  • Baseline measurement before deployment, using your own data
  • Shadow mode so you can score accuracy before it acts
  • Human-in-the-loop approval on every action
  • Weekly accuracy and hours-returned reporting
  • A written go/no-go report at day 30, with the misses shown
Start a pilot

Pilot slots are limited because each one is configured by hand. If we cannot see a credible return in your volume, we will say so before you pay for anything.

FAQ

Questions practices ask before they deploy.

How is this different from other healthcare AI products?
Three ways. First, escrow of judgement: every agent has a human review queue staffed by certified coders, billers and credentialing specialists — not a support desk. Second, we work inside your EMR without requiring APIs, so you keep your systems and contracts. Third, the evidence layer: every action is logged with its reasoning and is exportable, including after you leave.
Do we have to change our EMR?
No. We integrate with Athena, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Epic, Tebra, ModMed, AdvancedMD, Elation, DrChrono and roughly 30 others, through FHIR and HL7 where available and secure automation or structured document intake where it is not. We take no commissions from any vendor.
How quickly can we be live?
Phone, web, SMS or document agents can be live in two to four weeks including shadow mode. Revenue cycle agents take four to six weeks because we calibrate against your payer mix and denial history first.
What does it cost?
Per agent per month, or per provider, with volume bands rather than per-seat licences. Pilot pricing covers a 30-day single-workflow deployment with a written accuracy report. We will give you the number before you commit, and we will tell you if the maths does not work for your volume.
Will agents replace our staff?
Not in the way that phrase usually means. They take the repetitive volume — calls at lunch, faxes, denial queues, eligibility checks, posting — and leave your people the judgement and the patient contact. Practices that deploy agents usually redeploy staff rather than reduce headcount, and most avoid the hires they were about to make.
What if we want to start small?
Start with one agent on one workflow. The 30-day pilot is designed exactly for that: a single workflow, a measured baseline, and a written report on accuracy and hours returned before you decide anything else.
Who is liable if an agent makes a mistake?
You remain responsible for your clinical and billing decisions, which is why human review, thresholds and reversibility are built in rather than optional. Our agreement covers our performance and indemnity for our own negligence, and we carry technology E&O cover. We will walk your counsel through it before signature.
Can we turn agents off?
Yes, individually, per workflow or entirely, within minutes. If you turn an agent off, the work simply returns to your staff and the integration layer keeps running, so nothing breaks.

See an agent work on your workflow.

Pick the workflow that hurts most — the phone at lunch, the fax tray, the denial queue. We will show you the agent on your own scenarios, and tell you what we would not automate.

A 30-minute call with an operations lead. No obligation, no sales sequence, and we will say so if you do not need us.
